【摘要】 目的探讨温热理疗床辅助治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法采用温热理疗床治疗36例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者,比较治疗前后症状体征积分(神疲乏力、咽干口燥、多食、多饮、夜尿增多、消瘦)和血糖的改变情况。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病的显效率为30%(9/30);有效率为50.0%(15/30);无效率为20.0%(6/30)。结论温热理疗床辅助治疗能减轻Ⅱ型糖尿病的单项症状,降低餐后血糖,对Ⅱ型糖尿病的治疗是有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of exciting warm-bedmulti-functional for treating non-insulin dependent diabetes(NIDD). Methods Warm-bed multi-functional in vitro physiotherapy treatment 36 cases of patients with NIDD,Compared before and after treatment with weak、dry symptoms and mouth、more food、polidipsia、nocturnal increase、thin and blood sugar changes in symptoms. Results Significantly efficiency of 30%(9 / 30);Effective rate was 50.0%(15/30); Inefficiency of 20.0%(6 / 30).Conclusion Warm-bed multi-functional is effecitive for treating NIDD by relieving single symptom and degrade the post-prandial blood sugar.更多还原
