远红外线-S形轨道按摩治疗颈椎病

【摘要】 目的观察远红外线-S形轨道按摩治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法随机采集颈椎病病例35例。采用自身对照。使用远红外线-S形轨道按摩理疗床治疗。分别在治疗前和治疗后对病人的症状、体征给予评分,采用Epidata 3.0建立数据库并录入数据,利用SPSS12.0统计软件包进行数据统计分析。结果疗程中有30例完成治疗,5例脱落。病人治疗前和治疗后比较,疗效指数≥70%的病例有13例,即显效率为43.3%(13/30);30%≤疗效指数<70%的病例有10例,即有效率为33.3%(10/30);疗效指数<30%的病例有7例,即无效率为23.3%(7/30)。结论远红外线-S形轨道按摩治疗颈椎病有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the far-infrared -S-shaped track of massage therapy on cervical spondylosis.Methods Total of 35 patients with cervical spondylosis was treated with the multi-functional warm-bed treatment which are integrated with both far infrared and the S- shaped track of massage therapy.The therapeutic response was assessed based on defined scoring creterions.Comparsion was made by symptoms alleviation pre-treatment and post-treatment of the patients.SPSS12.0 was used for statistic analysis,P<0.05 was defined as statistic difference.Results 30 cases have completed the full course of treatment;5 cases were off or suspension due to the unexpected reason.13 patients reached efficacy index equal or greater than 70%,the significant response rate is 43.3%;10 patients reached the efficacy index equal or greater than 30%,but smaller than 70%,the partial response rate was 33.3%.The rest 7 cases reached the efficacy index smaller than 30%,no response was noted in 23.3% patients.Total response rate was 77.7%.Conclusion The effects of the far-infrared-S-shaped track of massage therapy treatment on cervical spondylosis is significant.It is worth to expending to long term observation for patients with cervical spondylosis.更多还原
