角度牵引下不同牵引时间与重量对神经根型颈椎病疗效影响的临床观察

【摘要】 目的观察角度牵引下应用不同的牵引时间及牵引重量治疗神经根型颈椎病,并观察其疗效。方法选择90例神经根性颈椎病患者,随机分小重量组,中重量组,大重量组,治疗后进行三组的疗效及疼痛积分比较。结果大重量组与中、小重量组总有效率及治疗后疼痛积分比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);中重量组与小重量组总有效率及治疗后疼痛积分比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)大重量组优于中、小重量组。结论角度牵引下大重量,短时间牵引更符合生物力学原理,较传统的牵引时间及重量更有利于神经根型颈椎病的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Traction under the observation point of view,to apply a different time traction and traction weight of the treatment of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis,and observe its effect.Methods:Choice of 90 cases of cervical nerve root patients were randomly divided into groups of small weight,weight in the group, the weight group,after treatment for three groups of the efficacy and relatively pain points. Results:Large group and the weight of medium and small weight and total effective treatment of pain points of comparison,significant difference(P<0.05);the weight of a small group and the weight of total effective treatment of pain and points of comparison,no significant Differences(P>0.05) better than large group of weight, the weight of a small group. Conclusion:Traction point of great weight,more traction with the short-term biomechanical principles of the more traditional traction time and the weight of more nerve root type of cervical disease.更多还原
