代谢综合征的中医证素与腹围、胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨代谢综合征的中医证素与腰围、胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:采集233例代谢综合征患者的四诊资料,应用"证素辨证"方法,同时检测腰围、血糖和胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数。结果:①代谢综合征基本证素为:气虚、血虚、阴虚、阳虚、津亏、痰、血瘀、湿、热、气滞、心、肝、脾、肺、肾。②影响腰围的因素只有中医证素痰,标准回归系数为0.322(P<0.01),不同男女性别腰围在痰的积分在≥100分组较<100分组有显著性差异。③影响HOMA-IR的因素只有中医证素痰和脾,标准回归系数分别为0.445(P<0.01)、0.162(P<0.01),不同痰的积分组间有显著性差异。结论:由此推断腰围可以作为痰证辨证的重要依据之一,同时可能说明HOMA-IR与中医证素痰在代谢综合征病理机制中存在着基本共性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationships of the TCM syndrome element and waist circumference with insulin resistance in metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods: Choosing metabolic syndrome patients 233 cases,combing syndrome differentiation by syndrome element,analysing the diagnosis informations by statistic process, detecting waist circumference,blood glucose and insulin.Calculating HOMA-IR. Results:①the common elements of syndrome of metabolic syndrome:qi deficiency、blood deficiency、yindeficiency、insufficiency of yang、Lack of Jin、retention of dampness、blood stasis、dampness、shotness、qi stagnation、heart、liver、spleen、pulmonary and kidney.②Stepwise analysis showed that waist circumference level was only associated positively with retention of dampness.Standard regression coefficient are 0.322(P<0.01).Different gender of waist circumference in retention of dampness points were significantly different,in the group of more than 100points than the group of Less than 100 points.③Stepwise analysis showed that HOMA-IR was associated positively with retention of dampness and spleen.Standard regression coefficient are 0.162(P<0.01).The different group of retention of dampness points were significantly different..Conclusions:It could be Inferred that waist circumference can be used as one of objective indexes to retention of dampness.It may indicated that HOMA-IR and retention of dampness in the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome were basic common.更多还原
