加味玉屏风散对哮喘大鼠血清总IgE、IL-4和IFN-γ含量的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)及IgE在哮喘发病过程中的作用及中药加味玉屏风散对其含量的影响。方法:采用卵蛋白致敏大鼠哮喘模型,观察正常组、哮喘组和中药治疗组大鼠血清中总IgE、白细胞介素-4和γ-干扰素的含量变化。结果:哮喘大鼠血清总IgE水平、IL-4含量明显增加(P<0.01),血清中IFN-γ含量明显降低(P<0.01),而补脾益气方药(加味玉屏风散)可显著降低哮喘大鼠IgE水平及IL-4含量(P<0.01),提高IFN-γ的含量(P<0.01)。结论:中药加味玉屏风散可能通过调节血清中白细胞介素-4和γ-干扰素的含量,降低血清IgE水平改善气道的炎症状况。
【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the actions of Totle IgE,IL-4,and IFN-γin the course of asthma attack and the effect of spleen-Qi nourishing Chinese herbs(augmented jade screen powder)on these contents.Methods:A sensitized asthmatic rat model is obtained by employing egg albumin to it.Observed the change of the content of Totle IgE,IL-4,and IFN-γin blood serum of Nomal group,asthma group,Chinese herbs treated group.Result:the content of Totle IgE,IL-4 in blood serum of the asthma group has a dramatic growth,and IFN-γin blood serum has a dramatic depress.spleen-Qi nourishing Chinese herbs(augmented jade screen powder)can notably reduce the contents of Totle IgE,IL-4 in blood serum,and raise the contents of IFN-γin blood serum.Conclusion:spleen-Qi nourishing Chinese herbs(augmented jade screen powder)can reform the airway state through adjustting the contents of IL-4,and IFN-γand depressing the levels of Totle IgE in blood serum.
