铜绿微囊藻对斜生栅藻增殖的影响(英文)
The Ufluence of Microcystis aeruginosa filtrate on the Proliferation of Scenedesmus obliquus

【摘要】 <正>Microcystis aeruginosa were cultivated in the BG11 medium from 1 day to 27 days,then the cell density,the containing of chlorophyll a(Ch1 a),and Microcystins toxins(MC-LR) of it were measured.The results showed that the relationships between M.aeruginosa’s,cell density,Ch1a and MC-LR were in positive correlation. Culitivating the same density of Scenedesmus obliquus in M.aeruginosa filtrate of different cultivating time,the degree of reproduction showed quite difference between them.Following the increase of cultivating time of M. aeruginosa,the filters for controlling the 5.obliquus were enhanced.The main reason is that the toxicity of MC-LR of M.aeruginosa filtrate can inhibit the cell reproduction of S.obliquus.Therefore,the cultivated days of M.aeruginosa increased,then the MC-LR filtrate was increased,and consequently the inhibition was enhanced.
