基于光合参数探讨4种陆生藓类植物对沉水环境的适应能力
On adaptive ability of four terrestrial moss species in submerged environment based on their photosynthetic parameters

【摘要】 测定了勃氏青藓(Brachythecium brotheri)、弯叶灰藓(Hypnum hamulosum)、白发藓(Leucobryum glaucum)和虎尾藓(Hedwigia ciliata)在自然条件下的光合能力,应用直角双曲线模型拟合得到了它们的光合-光响应曲线。4种藓类植物中,最大净光合速率(μmolCO2·g-1·s-1*1000)由高到低依次为勃氏青藓、弯叶灰藓、白发藓和虎尾藓,分别为26.42、18.29、9.42和3.95;光饱和点(μmol·m-2·s-1)以勃氏青藓为最高,为1293,其次为弯叶灰藓和虎尾藓,分别为1023和986,白发藓的为低,为86l;光补偿点(μmol·m-2·s-1)以勃氏青藓的为最高,为64.56,其次为虎尾藓,为45,弯叶灰藓和白发藓的光补偿点较低,分别为4.65和12.87。勃氏青藓、弯叶灰藓和白发藓在水体中浸泡30d的最大净光合速率与其自然条件下的相比,分别为对照的110.78%、80.84%、109.63%,反映出这三种苔藓植物能够较长时间的生存于沉水环境中,至少在实验期间是如此;沉水浸泡20d后虎尾藓的最大净光合速率仅为自然条件下的5.25%,说明该种苔藓植物不能够适应水体环境;分析表明,4苔藓植物对沉水浸泡处理的光合响应与其植物体结构和野外生境特点有密切关系。
【Abstract】 In the present paper,in natural conditions we determined the photosynthetic parameters of four moss species including Brachythecium brotheri,Hypnum hamulosum, Leucobryum glaucum,and Hedwigia ciliate,then we got their light-response curve equations using rectangular hyperbo model.Four moss species are ranked as Brachythecium brotheri, Hypnum hamulosum,Leucobryum glaucum,and Hedwigia ciliata according to their maximal net photosynthetic rates from high to low,their maximal net photosynthetic rate(μmol CO2·g-1·s-1*1000) being 26.42,18.29,9.42 and 3.95,respectively;Brachythecium brotheri has the highest light saturation point,being 1293μmol·m-2·s-1,then Hypnum hamulosum and Hedwigia ciliate,being 1023 and 986μmol·m-2·s-1,respectively,and Leucobryum glaucum has the lowest light saturation point,being 861μmol·m-2·s-1;Brachythecium brotheri has highest light compensation point,being 64.56μmol·m-2·s-1,then Hedwigia ciliate has a value of 45μmol·m-2·s-1, and Hypnum hamulosum and Leucobryum glaucum have lower light compensation points,being 4.65 and 12.87,respectively.Bryachythecium brotheri,H.hamulosum and L.glaucum,if submerged in water for 30d,their net photosynthetic rates are 110.78%,80.84%and 109.63%of those under natural conditions,respectively,indicating these three moss species could live well in water,at least during the experimental period.While submerged in water for 20d,the net photosynthetic rate of H ciliate is only 5.25%of that under natural condition,revealing this species could not live in water.The analyses showed the strong relation between the photosynthesis,the physical structure and habitat conditions about these four moss species.
