北京百花山国家自然保护区丛藓科8种藓类植物叶解剖结构比较
Study on Leaf Structures among Eight Moss Species of Pottiaceae Collected from Baihua Montain Nature Reserve of Beijing

【摘要】 通过石蜡切片法,对8种丛藓科植物的叶进行了解剖观察和结构分析。结果得出,不同的植物叶片厚度、叶片细胞层数、中肋厚度、中肋细胞层数、厚壁细胞层数及分布位置、导水细胞有无及排列方式等存在显著差异,可作为分类学上的依据。通过研究得出,丛藓科8种植物叶片厚度从大到小依次是平叶毛口藓(Trichostomum plantiflium)>高山赤藓(Syntrichia sinensis)>反纽藓(Timmiella anomala)>剑叶舌叶藓(Scopelophila cataractac)>卷叶湿地藓(Hyophila involuta)>长叶纽藓(Tortella tortuosa)>细拟合睫藓(Pseudosymblepharisduriuscula)>尖叶对齿藓(Didymodon constricta var.constricta);叶片具2层细胞的仅有剑叶舌叶藓一种,尖叶对齿藓为1层,其余六种的叶部分为2层。中肋的厚度从大到小依次是:高山赤藓>反纽藓>长叶纽藓>卷叶湿地藓>剑叶舌叶藓>尖叶对齿藓>细拟合睫藓>平叶毛口藓。高山赤藓的中肋有8层细胞,有主导水细胞和副导水细胞之分;长叶纽藓、卷叶湿地藓、反纽藓种中肋细胞9-10层,分化较复杂,中肋细胞层数最少的是平叶毛口藓且其无厚壁细胞;为了保持水分,8种苔藓植物的叶在干燥时都卷曲或扭曲现象或在叶缘有卷曲现象;除了剑叶舌叶藓外,其余7种叶细胞表面都有疣或乳突。同时,文章分析了8种藓类植物叶的结构与抗旱的关系。
【Abstract】 Eight Moss Species of Pottiaceae were transected and compared by means of paraffin section.The results showed that species vary much among the features such as the thick of lamina,the number of lamina cell layer,the thick of costae,the number of steroid cell layer, the differentiation of the costae steroid cell etc.The most thickest of leaf is Trichostomum plantiflium;the leaf cell layer of Scopelophila cataractac is 2 layers;the most thickest costae is Syntrichia sinensis,its hydrome cells has cell differentiation,Tortella tortuosa,Hyophila involuta and Timmiella anomala have ten layes cell of costae and complicated cell differentiation, the costae of Trichostomum plantiflium has the only two layers cell and it hasn’t steroid cell; Except Scopelophila cataractac,the other 8 species have papillae.Results showed the morphological structure of the 8 moss could adapt the arid climate.
