中国及邻近地区真藓科和相关类群的初步研究(英文)
A preliminary study on family Bryaceae and its related groups in China and its adjacent regions

【摘要】 <正>The Bryaceae is one of the largest families in mosses containing genera of considerable taxonomic difficulty with a global distribution.There are about 14 genera,more than 800 species have been reported in the word.The family was established based on Bryum Hedw. (Schwaegrichen,1801),Bryum argenteum Hedw.by Schwaegrichen in 1824.The family belongs to Order Eubryales,Subclass Bryidae,Class Bryopsida.Traditional taxonomic concepts within the Bryaceae are different because of different taxonomic treatments.In general,there are two opinions.The first one,Brotherus(1924-1925) divided the Bryaceae into three subfamilies, Orthodontoideae,Bryoideae and Mielichhoferioideae,based mainly on capsule orientation and characters of the peristome.The Bryoideae is the largest subfamily and Brotherus(1925) included Acidodontium Schwaegr.,Anomobryopsis Card.,Anomobryum Schimp.,Brachymenium Schwaegr., Bryum Hedw.,Epipterygium Lindb.,Leptobryum(Schimp.) Wils.,Mniobryum Limpr., Plagiobryum Lindb.,Pohlia Hedw.,Pseudopohlia Williams and Rhodobryum(Schimp.) Limpr. Orthodontioideae is characterized by erect capsules and strongly reduced endostomes. Mielichhoferioideae accommodates genera with apparent lateral sporophyte lacement and capsules without an exostome or reduce.Many subsequent authors have adopted Brotherus’ classification for a long time(e.g.,Nyholm,1958,1993;P.-C.Chen,1963;Smith,1978).The second one,Andrews (1935-40,1950) divided the Bryaceae into two subfamilies:Bryoideae,being comprised of genera with shorter,more rhombic leaves cells,and Pohlioideae,accommodating genera with long narrow leaves cells.He placed species of Orthodontioideae and Mielichhoferioideae treated by Brotherus into Pohlioideae,regared Anomobryum belonged to Bryoideae as a subgenera of Pohlia and then removed it into Pohlioideae.Ochi(1959,1992) and Gangulee(1980) adopted this system. But Ochi(1959,1992) regard genera Anomobryum and Rhodobryum as subgenera within Bryum, species composing Bryum as traditionally circumscribed were placed in the subgenus Bryum. Mean while,he further divided the subgenus Bryum and Brachymenium into several sections.
