肉苁蓉双受精作用及其胚与胚乳早期发育的细胞学观察

【摘要】 采用常规石蜡切片法对肉苁蓉(Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma)双受精过程及胚和胚乳的早期发育进行了观察。结果表明:1.肉苁蓉双受精前一个助细胞退化,另一助细胞宿存;极核融合为次生核,也有三核融合现象,细胞型胚乳。2.双受精作用属于有丝分裂前配子体融合类型。胚胎发育类型为柳叶菜型。
【Abstract】 Observations of the processes of the Double fertilization and the early development of Embryo and endosperm of Cistanche deserticola Y.C. Ma by means of paraffin wax method are presented in this paper. The main results are as follows: 1. A synergid degeneration before fertilization, another synergid persistent; polar nucleus fusion became secondary nucleus, and three nucleus fusion became primary endosperm nucleus,the endosperm genesis is of cellular type. Fertilization type was gametophyte fusion before karyokinetic division. Development of embryogene is the Onagrad type.
