【摘要】 对何首乌的基源、遗传多样性、栽培技术、病虫害防治和采收加工研究概况进行了回顾。明确了何首乌之正品应为蓼科植物何首乌Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.的块根;DNA分子标记技术在何首乌种质鉴定、分类,良种选育上已得到应用:何首乌可通过种子、扦插、分块和组培进行繁殖,且技术已较成熟,但在田间管理、病虫害防治、采收加工方面多为药农经验总结,深入量化的研究报道较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 To review the general research survey of Polyonum multiflorum Thunb.in origin,genetic diversity,cultivation technique,pest control,harvest and process.It was explicit that certified product of was the root of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.,Polygonaceae,that DNA molecular marker was used in the following aspects:germplasm identification classification,selecting and Breeding.The reproduction was mature and could be carried on by seed,cutting,using rooting and tissue culture.
