【摘要】 利用热泵热风联合干燥的方法,对试材大红皮萝卜进行了脱水干燥实验研究。通过对试材重量、送风温度、送风风速和萝卜丁尺寸等单因素变化实验,得出了各因素对干燥速率的影响规律;分别以SMER(单位能耗除湿量)和产品感官品质为评价指标,对试材的热泵热风联合干燥效果进行分析,得出了相应的优化组合方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the method of the combined drying of heat-pump and hot-air,the dehydration drying experiments were carried out on the test materials of the big red skin turnip.Through the single-factor experiments of weight,supply air temperature,supply wind speed and the size of the radish small cubes on the test material,we obtained the effect laws of various factors to the drying rate;and by taking SMER(Specific Moisture Extraction Rate) and sensory quality respectively as the evaluation indexes,we analyzed the effect of combined drying of heat-pump and hot-air of the test material,and obtained the corresponding optimization combination way.更多还原
