【摘要】 针对苏南地区老小区既有住宅能耗较大的问题,对该地区的气候条件,老小区住宅的室内热环境进行了分析,设计了对住宅进行节能改造的集成技术方案,并采用能耗模拟的方法,分别对某小区住宅的外墙、屋顶、窗户、遮阳和楼道采用节能改造方案前后的能耗进行了模拟与计算,并在此基础上对各项改造措施的经济性及回收年限进行了分析,为后续老小区住宅节能改造的规模化实施奠定了重要基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of too much energy consumption of old district existing house in the south of Jiangsu,the climate and the indoor thermal environment of the exiting house in the zone were analyzed.The integrated technology of energy-saving measures for the existing house was designed.By using energy simulation,the energy consumption of a house before and after the energy-saving reconstruction was evaluated.The reconstruction measures included exterior walls,exterior windows,roofs,external shadings and corridor in the house.The Economy and the pay off period of the project were analyzed.It established important foundation for the successive implementation of the house energy-saving measures.更多还原
