HFC-161表面张力实验研究

【摘要】 用HFC-161及其混合物替代HCFC-22是一种新的替代方案。本文利用毛细上升法开展表面张力的实验研究。为了检验表面张力实验装置测量的准确性和可靠性,测量HC600a从275.60K到343.16K的表面张力,测量结果与文献值的平均偏差在±0.60%以内。在此基础上,在252.62K~339.11K温度区间内测量了HFC-161的20个表面张力数据,并拟合了表面张力计算公式,以便工程应用。表面张力实验测量完善了HFC-161的热物性数据。
【Abstract】 HFC-161 and it’s mixtures are a new alternative refrigerant for HCFC-22. The surface tensions of HFC-161 were measured with a differential capillary rise method at temperatures from 252.62K~339.11K. The surface tension of HC600a was also measured at temperatures from 275.60 K to 343.16 K for verifying the experimental apparatus, and the difference of experimental surface tensions of HC-600a from literature was within ±0.60 %. The surface tension results of HFC-161 were correlated as a function of temperature for engineering application.
