新型吸附制冷机的研制与实验研究

【摘要】 本文研究了一种新型复合吸附剂作为吸附剂,甲醇作为吸附质以及制冷剂时,吸附制冷机的性能特征。复合吸附剂为硅胶与氯化锂的混合物。氯化盐的添加能明显提高吸附剂的吸附能力。甲醇替代水作为吸附质,工作压力更高,更利于吸附质在吸附剂中的传质。建立了制冷机组性能测试实验台,通过实验验证了复合吸附剂应用在吸附制冷机中的可能性。实验表明,虽然制冷剂甲醇的蒸发潜热只有水的一半,但是在热水进口平均温度85oC,冷却水进口平均温度30oC以及冷冻水出口平均温度为15oC时,与之前研究的硅胶-水制冷机组相比,SCP(单位质量制冷剂的制冷量)提高了15.2%,COP(制冷效率)提高了24%。从实验角度研究了循环时间,回质过程,回质时间以及热源温度,蒸发温度对机组性能的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the design and experimental study of a new adsorption chiller using silica gel+LiCl as adsorbent and methanol as adsorbate and refrigerant.The new composite adsorbent material can improve the adsorption capacity largely.Methanol was used instead of water because of its higher working pressure,thus the better mass transfer capacity.A test system was built..The possibilty to use this kind of composited in adsorption chiller was verified.The results showed that though the latent heat of methanol is only half than water,SCP(specific cooling power) of this novel chiller was improved by 15.2 % when the temperatures of hot water inlet,cooling water inlet and chilled water outlet were 85 oC,30 oC and 15 oC.What’s more,in this working condition,the average COP(coefficient of performance) was increased as much as 24%.And the influncing factors in the performance of the chiller,for instance,tcycle time,mass recovery process,the time of mass recovery process,temperature of hot water inlet,and the evaporating temperature.
