东北地区废冰雪利用与开发的可行性研究
Feasibility Study of Use and Development of Waste Snow and Ice in the Northeast

【摘要】 提出了一种"冬季储存废冰雪夏季用"的天然冰蓄冷设想,介绍了实现该设想的技术方案及其系统组成,并对系统的可行性、限制系统发展的各种因素进行了分析。
【Abstract】 This paper presents an assumption that waste snow and ice stored in.winter is used for air-conditioning in summer. Methods of achieving this system are introduced and several parts of the system are analyzed.At the same time,a variety of factors that confine the development of the system is also analyzed.
