逆流除湿塔中传质系数的研究

【摘要】 以ε-NTU模型为基础建立了液体除湿空调系统中逆流除湿塔的数学模型,通过理论分析确定了除湿剂的浓度和温度是对逆流除湿塔的除湿效果影响最大的两个因素,空气的温度,含湿量等因素对除湿效果的影响微弱。再以氯化锂溶液作为除湿剂,进行了溶液除湿稳态实验。通过对实验结果的分析得出了用于逆流除湿塔数学模型的传质系数的关联式,并且将实验的结果与数学模型的计算结果进行了比对,在实验工况下计算结果与实验结果取得了较好的一致性。
【Abstract】 Put forward a model of counter flow dehumidifier that is used to the liquid-desiccant air-conditioning system based on the model. The temperature and the concentration of the liquid-desiccant have great impact on the result of the dehumidification while the temperature, humidity ratio and other properties of the air almost have no impact on the dehumidification. Carry out the dehumidifying experiment by using LiCl as liquid-desiccant and get the mass transfer coefficient of the counter flow dehumidifier by the analysis of the results of the experiment. Then compare the results of the result of the experiment and the result of the model. The results of both are very similar at experiment condition.
