动态冰浆制造系统的温度与制冰特性研究

【摘要】 冰蓄冷系统可以从用户侧实现用电负荷的移峰填谷,是目前研究热点之一,其中动态冰浆制造系统是该研究领域的一个重要分支。本文对自行研制的动态冰浆制造系统特性进行了研究,实验表明:水泵流量变化对蓄冰槽内溶液温度特性产生影响,该系统具有传热系数高、制冰速度快等优点,与直接蒸发盘管式冰蓄冷制冰系统相比,传热系数提高达30倍,单位制冷量的制冰速度提高了37%,相同制冰量能耗下降39%,系统COP提高了15%。
【Abstract】 The ice storage system is one of the effective methods for peak-shift. The dynamic ice slurry making system is an important research branch in this field among several ice making systems. A dynamic ice slurry making system is designed in this paper. The results show that the flow varying has an impact of the temperature characteristics. The dynamic ice slurry making system has a higher heat transfer coefficient and faster ice generating rate comparing to the direct evaporative ice storage system. The heat transfer coefficient enhances up to 30 times, the ice generating rate of unit refrigerating increases by 37%, the energy consumption decreases by 39% at the same ice volume output and the system COP increases by 15%.
