小型低温冷柜中替代制冷剂R290的实验研究

【摘要】 为了解决HFCs制冷剂由于温室效应所引起的环境问题,本文提出在小型商业冷柜中使用丙烷工质(R290)来代替R404A。搭建了SRL-CD2075HA低温冷柜的实验测试台,并对测试装置及实验过程进行了介绍。实验研究表明,在获得相同制冷效果的情况下,R290的耗电量相比于R404A减少13.8%,充灌量仅为R404A的41.7%,冷柜的降温速率较R404A有小幅提升,并且成本要低廉。最后对R290用于低温冷柜进行了安全性分析表明R290用在小型低温冷柜中符合国际标准。

【Abstract】 The recommended natural refrigerant propane (R290) is supposed to be applied to a cabinet freezer refrigeration cycle in order to solve the environmental issues caused by greenhouse effect of HFCs. The test-bed of low temperature cabinet which type is SRL-CD2075HA has been set up.And the laboratory devices and testing process was introduced. The results show that R290 plays a better performance than R404A in the cabinet freezer system. The power consumeption of R290 is lower than that of R404A by 13.8% at most, and the charge amount of R290 is only 41.7% of R404A. The cooling rate of R290 is slightly upgraded than R404A, and the cost of R290 is much cheaper. It also accords with the international safe standards in low temperature cabinet through the safety analysis.
