平行流换热器百叶窗翅片的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 运用Fluent软件对建立的6种多结构百叶窗翅片的风场进行数值模拟。通过其传热和流动性能的比较,得出最好的区域划分方法。研究结果显示,在迎面风速为2.5m/s的情况下,区域划分数为6的百叶窗翅片的传热性能最好。较普通翅片,其换热系数提高9.5%,而且流阻略有下降。这种趋势随着迎面风速的增加会有所提高。当迎面风速为6m/s时,其换热系数提高17.7%,而流阻略有上升。

【Abstract】 Fluent was used to nurnerically simulate the performance of six multi- structure louver fins heat exchanger. Compared with the air-side heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics,we can get the best method of regional division. The research findings show that the six-structure louver fin heat exchanger have the highest heat transfer coefficient.,when the face velocity is 2.5m/s. Compare with an common louver fin, it enhances the heat transfer coefficient about 9.5% and reduces the pressure drop. this trend will be increased when the face velocity is increased. When the face velocity is 6m/s, the heat transfer coefficient enhances about 17.7% and the pressure drop has a little rise.
