轿车空调用斜盘式变排量压缩机性能研究与技术开发

【摘要】 轿车空调用斜盘式变排量压缩机正在经历由摇板式向斜板式、由内控式向外控式的转换。本文在对斜盘式变排量压缩机发展回顾的基础上,介绍了我们在内控摇板式、内控斜板式和外控式变排量压缩机方面的研究工作,主要包括活塞行程测量方法与装置、特性实验研究、模拟分析和应用研究与开发。
【Abstract】 Variable displacement compressors for car air conditioning systems are being transformed from wobble plate type to swash plate type, and from internally controlled to externally controlled. On the basis of historical review of the variable displacement compressors, this paper presents our researches on the internally controlled wobble plate compressor, internally controlled swash plate compressor, and externally controlled compressor. The research results include mainly the measurement method and device of piston stroke length, experimental investigation, numerical modeling, and technical development and application.
