船舶余热制冷技术对比分析

【摘要】 船舶柴油机大约1/3的余热被排气带走,充分利用这部分热量来制冷,可以提高热利用率,降低运输成本,起到了节能和减排的作用。本文通过对船舶余热利用计算分析以及船舶余热制冷技术的介绍,结合压缩式制冷、喷射式制冷、吸收式制冷和吸附式制冷四种制冷方式特点,以及能效对比。得出通过柴油机废气涡轮同轴直接带动压缩机制冷具有较大优势;该结论可供选择船舶余热制冷技术参考。

【Abstract】 About one third waste heat of marine diesel was vented by exhaust, take full advantage of these waste heat to refrigerate, can increase the thermal utilization ratio, decrease the transportation costs, and play an role on energy-saving and reduce emission. Based on calculate and analyse waste heat of marine diesel, and introduce the refrigeration technology, combine with characteristics of four kind of refrigeration style including vapor compression refrigeration, steam jet refrigeration, absorption refrigeration and adsorption refrigeration, then compare the thermal parameter with the same refrigeration capacity. Infers that the vapor compression refrigeration direct drivern by turbine changer has great advantages on utilizing waste heat on board under shaky condition at sea. The results can provide a theoretical basis for further development on utilizing marine waste heat refrigeration in the future.
