蒸发器的稳态建模与仿真

【摘要】 采用分布参数法建立了蒸发器的稳态参数数学模型,其中考虑了实际蒸发器内部的流动状态,考虑了流型变化对制冷剂流动换热过程的影响,使仿真过程更接近于实际的换热条件。在该模型基础上,用VisualC++开发了相应的仿真程序,并进行了稳态工况的仿真计算。得出了入口空气温度、制冷剂质量流量和蒸发压力对制冷剂侧换热系数、蒸发器换热量、各流型区域长度和制冷剂质量分布的影响。为蒸发器管路的设计、蒸发器性能的优化、系统模型的建立以及系统控制策略的制定提供了依据。

【Abstract】 With the method of distributed parameters, a steady-state mathematical model of an evaporator in air conditioning is presented, which takes into account the flow behavior inside the actual evaporator characterized by flow patterns and its effects on the heat transfer coefficient of refrigerant side, thereby markedly enhancing the accuracy of the model. Corresponding simulation program is developed by Visual C + + on the base of the model, and the simulation is carried out at the steady work condition. The effect of inlet air temperature of evaporator, refrigerant mass flow rate and evaporation pressure on the heat transfer coefficient of refrigerant side, cooling capacity of the evaporator, length of each flow regime and refrigerant mass included are obtained, which contributes to the design of the pipeline, the optimization of evaporator performance, the development of the system model as well as the establishment of the control strategy.
