水源热泵为中转站原油加热的应用

【摘要】 在油田中转站当中使用高温水源热泵机组替代传统的锅炉为外输原油加热可以节省化石能源。本文以某油田的一个中转站为例,建立了水源热泵机组的数学模型,研究了使用热泵替代原有的燃气炉为原油加热的可行性,并通过实际工程项目的建造以及实验数据采集验证了该系统的节能性。该替代加热系统能够达到预期的性能,并且在当前油田普遍面临贫油贫气的局面下,适合在油田中进行推广。
【Abstract】 Applying high temperature water source heat pump system to replace traditional furnaces to heat crude oil in transfer station can save fossil energy. This paper using a transfer station as an example, established the mathematical model of water source heat pump system, and then investigated feasibility of applying heat pump to replace gas burning furnace system in this station. By constructing this engineering project and carrying out experimental tests, energy saving of the replaced system has been confirmed. Expected performance of the heat pump heating system has been achieved and the system is suitable to applied widely in oil fields.
