国际热核聚变堆校正场线圈冷却方案初步设计

【摘要】 ITER校正场线圈是ITER装置超导磁体系统的重要组成部分。为了获得线圈工作的超低温环境,设计用超临界氦进行冷却。线圈盒是校正场线圈系统中质量最大的冷质部件,对于其冷却系统的设计和布置,提出了两种设计方案:只采用超导电缆冷却线圈绕组和线圈盒的方案;同时采用超导电缆冷却线圈绕组和线圈盒也布置有主动冷却通道的方案。利用有限元分析软件分别对这两种方案进行分析,得出各自的优缺点,为工程设计和优化提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Correction Coils(CC) are important components of ITER superconducting magnetic system.To achieve the ultra - low temperature circumstance,the correction coils are cooled with supercritical helium in design.Coil cases are the largest components in CC system to be cooled.Two design proposals are advised for their cooling system design and disposal:one is only using superconducting cables to cool down winding packs and coil cases,the other is using superconducting cables as well as active cooling channels on coil cases to cool down winding packs and coil cases.Comparing the two proposals with each other by finite element software,their advantages and disadvantages are got,which supply reference for engineering design and optimization.
