低温惯性管调相机理研究
Theoretical research on the cold inertance tube

【摘要】 惯性管作为一种调相方式,在高频(>30Hz)脉管制冷机中获得了广泛的应用。但在小冷量(如小于1W)脉管制冷机中,由于入口声功较小,惯性管存在调相不足的问题,工作在低温下的惯性管为解决这一难题提供了一种思路。本文在传输线理论的基础上,通过引入实际气体性质,建立了适合于低温惯性管的计算方法;研究了低温下压力、压比等参数对惯性管调相的影响,给出了惯性管在不同温度下的相位图,为小冷量脉管制冷机惯性管的设计提供了理论指导。
【Abstract】 Inertance tube is widely used as a phase shifter in the high frequency pulse tube refrigerators.But in those pulse tube refrigerators with small cooling capacity,inertance tube can’ t shift the phase between the mass flow and pressure to the ideal angle because of the low acoustic power at the inlet of the inertance tube.The cold inertance tube is a method to solve this problem.This paper describes a calculation method for the cold inertance tube based on the transmission line which included real-gas properties.The influence of temperature,operating pressure,pressure ratio,and reservoir volume on the performance of the inertance tube was studied.A phase graph of the cold inertance tube in different temperature can provide some theoretical guidance for the design of the cold inertance tube in pulse tube refrigerators with small cooling capacity.
