冷冻陈列柜应用混合工质R290/R134A替代R404A的实验研究

【摘要】 针对目前用于超市制冷系统主流工质R404A存在温室效应潜能值过高、与矿物油互溶性差等缺点,提出了环保性能更好的近共沸混合物R290/R134A作为R404A的新型替代工质。搭建了SRL-CD2075HA超市冷冻陈列柜的性能测试台,对测试装置及实验过程进行了介绍,实验比较了R290/R134A与R404A在超市冷冻陈列中的性能,并对R290/R134a的安全性能和溶油性进行了分析。结果表明:在获取相同制冷效果的情况下,R290/R134A的耗电量和R404A相当,充灌量为R404A的73.3%,冷柜的降温速率较R404A有小幅提升;并且从理论上分析不存在可燃可爆的危险,且R290/R134a可以与矿物油互溶。
【Abstract】 The recommended refrigerantR290/R134a is supposed to replace R404A in order to overcome the disadvantages of high GWP and bad solubility with mineral oil.The test-bed of supermarket cabinet freezer which type is SRL-CD2075HA had been set up.And the laboratory devices and testing process was introduced.The results show that R290/R134a can be used as the substitutes for R404A.The power consumeption of R290/R134a and R404A are considerable,and the charge amount of R290/R134a is only 73.3%of R404A.The cooling rate of R290 is slightly upgraded than R404A.In theory,the mixture of R290/R134a does not have the danger of burning and exploding,and it is also soluble with mineral oil.
