可注射多聚磷酸钠/壳聚糖多孔微载体制备研究

【摘要】 本研究的目的是将多聚磷酸钠与壳聚糖复合,采用高压静电技术和冷冻干燥的方法制备多孔微载体,通过光学显微镜及SEM对微载体的三维结构进行了表征,并对微载体的孔结构、吸水性、孔隙率进行了评价。研究结果表明,与传统乳化方法制备的微载体相比较,采用高压静电技术制备的微球粒径可控,圆整度好。采用冷冻干燥技术,制备出形状基本不变、连通性好、孔隙率高的多孔微载体。且以酸溶性壳聚糖为材料制备的微载体的孔隙率较水溶性壳聚糖高,孔结构均匀。
【Abstract】 This paper studied sodium hexametaphosphate/chitosan porosity microcarrier prepared by high electrostatic field technology and freeze-drying.The 3D structure of the microcarrier,as well as the pore structure and porosity,were evaluated by optical microscope and SEM.Water absorption was also investigated.The results showed that,compared to the traditional emulsification method,the high electrostatic field technology can control the diameter and cirtular degree of the microsphere much easier.The porosity and pore uniformity of the acid soluble chitosan is higher than the water soluble chitosan.
