【摘要】 目的探讨低温环境下家兔代谢变化及心律失常的机制。方法按照随机化的原则,将家兔分别置于2℃、-4℃和-6℃的环境,对照组置于室温(16℃),均放置30～60min,取外周血检测血糖、血清蛋白和钙,并测直肠温度和心电图(ECG)。结果随环境温度下降,实验组血清蛋白、血糖和血清钙含量降低,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。同时直肠温度逐渐降低;ECG显示心肌缺血、心律失常。结论低温环境可致家兔抗寒能力降低,血清蛋白、血糖和钙代谢失调,引起心律失常。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective The effect of low temperature on serum protein,blood sugar and calcium of rabbit was studied.Methods Rabbits were divided into three groups(2℃,-4℃and -6℃).The group in room temperature(16℃) was used as the control group. The rabbits were raised for 30min to 60 min at different temperatures.Finally,serum protein,blood sugar,calcium,and ECG were measured.Results There is markedly difference between the experimental groups and the control groups(P<0.05).with the decrease of the environment temperatures,the content of serum protein,blood sugar and calcium also decreased and significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anus temperature of the experimental groups also decreased.The result of ECG showed myocardial anemia and arrhythmia.Conclusion Low twmpweature can result in imbalance of metabolism of serum protein,blood sugar,and calcium of rabbits.更多还原
