【摘要】 目的临床观察冷冻与微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎粘膜的变化。方法对60例病程在10年以上慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者随机分成冷冻组30例,微波组30例,进行对比观察。结果冷冻治疗组:无需麻醉,治疗时间短,鼻粘膜修复块,两周内鼻粘膜结痂脱落干净,治疗后鼻粘膜光滑,无瘢痕。微波对照组:经治疗三周后鼻粘膜结痂脱落干净,鼻粘膜基本恢复光滑,但有局灶性瘢痕存在。结论冷冻和微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎对鼻粘膜的影响,冷冻组优于微波组,冷冻治疗可快速改变鼻粘膜病变,促进上皮再生,从而改善和恢复鼻粘膜生理功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Compare the clinical effect of Cryosurgery and Microwave treatments on the rhinal mucous membrane of patients suffering from Chronic Hypertrophic Rhinitis.Method Divide sixty(60) patients who had suffered from Chronic Hypertrophic Rhinitis for over ten years into two random groups.Use a Cryosurgery treatment for one group(30 patients) and a Microwave treatment for the other group.Compare and analyze the results for the two groups.Results Cryosurgery treatment-There is no need for the patient to have anesthesia.The duration of the treatment is rather short.The treated abnormal rhinal mucous membrane recovers quickly.On average,within two weeks,healing is complete.The rhinal mucous returns to being smooth,without cicatrization.For the Microwave treatment,healing requires three weeks,The rhinal mucous membrane returns to being somewhat smooth,and exhibits partial cicatrisation.Conclusion The data gathered from the two treatment groups suggests that a Cryosurgery treatment offers better results than the Microwave treatment for Chronic Hypertrophic Rhinitis.Cryosurgery instant kills the abnormal rhinal mucous membrane,stimulates the regeneration of the epithelial,and recovers the physical function of the rhinal mucosa.更多还原
