蓄能型家用中央空调的试验研究

【摘要】 本文对一种采用制冷剂直接蒸发、内融冰盘管式制冰,并利用大温差过冷方案运行的小型家用冰蓄冷中央空调系统进行了试验研究。该系统是依据大过冷度制冷循环原理将多联系统与过冷冰蓄冷循环相结合而设计的,通过管路设计使系统兼具热泵和蓄热运行功能。本文分析了该系统的原理和结构,通过实验对系统性能进行了测试,结果表明这一系统是可行的,并能够满足设计要求,且可方便的实现蓄冷和释冷运行,其控制简单灵活,体现了冰蓄冷技术的优点,对电网可以起到一定的"移峰填谷"作用。
【Abstract】 A residential super-cooled ice-storage air conditioning system is introduced. The system belongs to an internal melt ice-on-coil storage system, which uses an ice-cold accumulator of direct evaporation type. According to the high super-cooling degree refrigeration cycle theory, this system combines a multi-unite air conditioner with super-cooled ice-storage cycle. It can also operate under heat pump and heat storage modes through pipeline designing. The system fundamentals, structure, and experimental results are presented, including some operational characteristics of ice charging and discharging. It is showed that this system is feasible, and can meet the design requirements. The system has the function of peak shifting and valley filling of the electrical power network, and is easy to change between every operation mode to achieve flexible control.
