两种集热结构的太阳能光伏/光热一体化热泵性能分析
Performance evaluation of PV/T Integrated Heat Pump using two different collector/evaporators

【摘要】 本文探讨一种直接将热泵蒸发管设置在太阳能光伏集热板背面的新型光伏/光热一体化热泵(PV/T-HP)系统。设计了采用普通铜管和多孔铝扁管的两种集热/蒸发器结构,对二者进行性能模拟与对比分析。结果显示,采用多孔铝扁管集热蒸发器的热泵系统因其更好的传热性能而具备更高的电效率和制热性能系数。对PV/T-HP系统的全年运行性能模拟表明该系统可同时高效地输出电能和制得50℃热水。此外,提出根据季节和天气变化控制压缩机容量的方法优化系统运行以提高其全年综合性能。
【Abstract】 A novel photovoltaic/thermal integrated heat pump (PV/T-HP) system was developed. PV modules were directly laminated on the surface of solar thermal collector, to the back of which evaporator tubes was adhered. Two different structures applying conventional copper tube and multi-port flat extruded tube were designed and investigated. Comparative analyzes on their characteristics indicate that the latter structure obtained a better performance. Using the meteorological data in Nanjing, China, the simulation results based on 150 l water heating load showed that such a PV/T-HP could simultaneously generate electricity and heat energy efficiently all year around. Furthermore, optimizing operation by controlling the compressor speed was proposed to achieve a better overall performance.
