主分量法在结构动力学模型确认中的应用

【摘要】 以圣地亚实验室提出的结构动力学模型确认挑战问题为应用实例,初步提出了结构动力学模型确认的流程,实现了主分量法在结构动力学模型确认中的成功应用。使用核密度估计法获得子结构不确定参数的概率分布密度,通过主分量法实现了不确定性参数的缩维,建立了5阶多项式响应面模型代替目标结构动力学直接求解,结合蒙特卡洛方法抽样计算方法估计出了目标结构质量3最大加速度值的概率分布密度,从而计算出目标结构的失效概率。结果表明,采用主分量建立的多项式响应面模型能够显著提高对目标结构最大加速度响应的预测效率,并且目标结构失效概率与文献相符。
【Abstract】 The model validation problem of challenge brought up by Sandia laboratory in the field of structure dynamics as an example,the primary procedure of model validation in this field is put forward and the method of principal component analysis is successfully applied.Kernel density estimation is adopt to achieve the distribution of probability density for uncertainty parameters and the elimination of dimensions for uncertainty variant is accomplished through the use of principal component analysis.Also,polynomial response Surface of five degrees is established instead of direct solution.Depending on the use of Monte Carlo,the density estimation of the maximum acceleration of mass 3 in the objective structure is done so as to get probability of the failure.In conclusion,response surface established based on the principal component analysis improves the efficiency of predication for response of the objective structure and the probability of failure matches that of the reference document.
