带挤压油膜阻尼器的悬臂转子的动力学建模与响应瞬态计算

【摘要】 航空发动机、燃气轮机发电机组等大型旋转机械中,常会出现悬臂转子结构。为了减振,常常在支承处使用挤压油膜阻尼器。本文研究了带有挤压油膜阻尼器的单盘悬臂转子的动力学瞬态与稳态响应。推导了其动力学方程,并对其进行了求解。由结果可以看出,转子轴直径与悬臂长度的变化对于转子的瞬态响应影响很大。轴直径和悬臂长度的变化会对转子临界转速产生很大影响。
【Abstract】 The structure of overhung rotor often appears in rotor system of Aero-Engine and Gas Turbine Generator.To reduce vibration of rotor,Squeezed Film Damper(SFD) is used in its support.This paper investigated the transient and stable response of overhung rotor with one disk supported on SFD.First the motion equation was derived.Then the equation was solved by numerical method.The results showed that the parameter’s variation had large influence on transient and stable response of rotor.The increase of diameter of rotor and length of overhung shaft could affect the critical speed of rotor largely.
