风机叶片-发电机转子耦合振动问题的研究

【摘要】 建立了大型风机叶片-发电机转子的预应力模型,利用旋转软化方法研究了不同转速下的耦合振动。计算分析的耦合振动模态有:发电机转子的弯曲振动激起的叶片振动;风机叶片和发电机转子的振动频率接近时发生的耦合振动;发电机转子的弯扭耦合振动;风机叶片各种振动模态间的耦合振动等。风机叶片-发电机转子耦合动力学行为使系统振动加剧。叶片在旋转中的离心力和旋转软化效应可通过变换刚度矩阵设置,从而得到振动方程并应用于求解。分析计算的结果可运用于大型风力发电机的动态设计。
【Abstract】 The model to connect the huge wind turbine blade to a generator rotor is proposed considering the prestress effect.The coupled vibrations of the rotor-blade are studied based on spin softening.The coupling vibrations between the rotor and the blade show in several forms.The rotor-bending vibration excites blade vibration.The coupling vibration happens in a prestress state as the rotor-bending frequecy is near to some blade frequencies.There exists the lateral—torsional coupling vibration of rotor and the blade coupling vibration between two kinds of near frequencies.The results of coupling make the spinning system vibration stronger.The effects of prestress and spin softening of the rotor-blade can be accounted by an adjustment of the stiffness matrix for analysis.The dynamic equation is derived and integrated in the states of prestress and spin softening.It can be used to calculate.This work lays a foundation for making progress with the rotor-blade stability analysis.
