某型飞机平尾大轴延寿技术研究

【摘要】 为了解决某型飞机平尾大轴寿命与机体寿命不相匹配问题,开展了对该型飞机平尾大轴延寿的研究工作。根据疲劳试验和有限元分析所给出的平尾大轴疲劳关键部位,确定了对上述部位内、外部同时采用喷丸和滚压强化延寿技术。本文介绍了平尾大轴延寿技术研究内容和部分结果。

【Abstract】 The horizontal tail shaft is one of important parts in aircraft structure,which has own service life limit.In order to match with the extended life aircraft structure,a program for extending the fatigue life of the shaft has been carried out.The main works in the program were given in this paper.According to the full-scale fatigue test of real shaft and the finite element analysis of horizontal tail shaft,the fatigue critical parts of the shaft were determined.For extending fatigue life of the shaft,the researches of anti-fatigue technique were used.Such as applying ultrasonic surface rolling processing on the outer surface,and applying shot penning on the inner surface of the fatigue critical parts of the shaft.Special equipment was designed and made for this purpose.The verification for the shaft fatigue life improvement by full-scale fatigue test.
