基于嵌入式的网络化设备点检仪器系统设计

【摘要】 设计了网络化设备点检仪系统的功能和总体架构。基于嵌入式Linux技术和SC32442B微处理器,设计了仪器系统的硬件电路、系统软件和应用程序。点检仪具有振动、温度、射频卡、抄表值、观察量等现场信息采集功能,并能在设备现场进行波形和频谱分析。点检管理系统采用网络化的结构,便于数据管理和报表浏览,并能方便的与企业ERP/EAM系统衔接,提高设备维修、管理的自动化水平。仪器系统的设计提供了网络化的设备点检解决方案,具有很好的工程意义和应用价值。
【Abstract】 Functions and overall structure of a network fault diagnosis intrument system were designed.The hardware platform、system software and application of the instrument were developed based on embedded Linux and SC32442B microprocessor.The instrument can collection data of vibration、temperature、RFID signal、meter indicator and observed variables.It can also make wave and spectral analysis in the working space.The network structure was introduced and the report could be easily published.The device management automation level can be enhanced by programming the application into the ERP/EAM system.The development of the instrument system provides a network solution for spot inspection.It has good practicability and can be transplanted to other relative fields.
