水电站起重机械结构声发射检测与安全评价
Acoustic Emission Testing and Safety Evaluation for Lifting Machine Structure in Hydropower Station

【摘要】 水力发电厂起重机械是用于起吊转子、闸门等大型零部件的关键设备,它的主要结构为按非标准设计和制作的金属结构,体积庞大,在使用一定年限后,其结构在应力集中处和焊接缺陷处会产生裂纹或裂纹扩展,危害整机安全。起重机械为国家规定的特种设备,需要定期检测以确保设备安全,目前一般采用常规无损检测技术进行定检,检测工作量大,停机时间长,且缺陷容易漏检。为此,本文探讨利用声发射检测技术解决上述问题。通过对葛洲坝电厂一台起重机械的吊具现场试验和数据分析,证明声发射检测简单可行,无需额外停机,并且基于声发射检测数据的安全评价与实际情况相符。
【Abstract】 In hydropower station the lifting machine is a key specific device,which is used to lift the heavy parts,such as turbine rotor,draw-gate.The machine is very large and heavy,and its main structures are made of metal.Also,the structures are designed according to non-standard method.After used many years,the structures may develop cracks at the areas of stress concentration or weld defect,which result in hazard to the lifting machine.Since the structures are large and complex,it is difficult to detection using conventional nondestructive testing technology.Thus,the paper introduces the acoustic emission(AE) technology to do the testing.The AE signals are collected from the hanger of a lifting machine in hydropower station.The safety evaluation is carried out based on the statistic parameters.The results demonstrate that the AE method is very simple and effective.
