差分振子在机电设备早期故障诊断中的应用

【摘要】 利用差分振子相图的变化实现机电设备早期故障微弱特征的提取。若差分振子相图收敛于极环,则信号中含有待检测频率。若差分振子相图收敛于极点,则信号中不含有待检测频率。讨论了差分振子的参数设置对差分振子相图的影响及差分振子参数的选取。对故障模拟实验台采集到的滚动轴承外圈、内圈、滚动体点蚀等故障数据进行了分析,取得了理想的效果,验证了差分振子检测的有效性和准确性。最后,对工程实际中轴承故障和齿轮故障的早期数据进行了分析,成功地提取出了故障早期的微弱特征,实现了机电设备的早期故障可视化检测。

【Abstract】 The weak feature of incipient fault can be extracted by the change of difference resonator’s phase diagram.If the original signal contains the frequency to be detected,the phase diagram of difference resonator will converge to a ring.Contrarily,the phase diagram of difference resonator will converges to a point.The influence of parameters on the difference resonator phase diagram was discussed,and the setting method of parameters was proposed in this paper.Vibration signals were collected on rolling bearing fault simulation test-rig and the fault mode includes the point-corrosion on outer ring,inner ring and rolling element.The signals were processed by the difference resonator method,and the results shows that difference resonator have excellent validity and accuracy.At last,the early vibration signals of fault bearings and gears in engineering were analyzed by this method and the incipient failure characteristic were successfully extracted.
