无先验知识的多频带诊断算法及其在煤矿减速机中应用研究

【摘要】 煤矿减速机是采矿企业关的关键设备之一,其安全、可靠运行是整个矿井正常生产的必要条件,一旦其发生故障,将造成巨大的经济损失。为此,必须做好维修及更换工作。随着我国维修制度的改革,基于设备工况监测的预知维修已得到各生产部门的认可。预知维修是建立在状态监测和故障诊断的基础上。状态监测是故障诊断的前提,故障诊断是状态监测的目的。对于煤矿减速机齿轮箱,由于其自身特性及其运行环境受外界噪声干扰严重,尚缺乏广泛适用的绝对振动标准值,给故障诊断带来了一定的难度。为此,本文提出无先验知识的多频带诊断算法,对煤矿减速机齿轮箱进行故障诊断研究,并探讨该算法在煤矿减速机故障诊断中应用的可行性。
【Abstract】 Coal gear box is one of the key equipments in coal mining enterprises.The safety and reliable operation of it is necessary for normal producing.Once the coal gear box is fault,it would cause huge economic loss.Therefore,it is very important to do the maintenance and replacement work.Along with the progress of the maintenance system,the value of predictive maintenance based on equipment condition monitoring has been recognized by various production sectors.Predictive maintenance is established on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.Condition monitoring is the prerequisite of fault diagnosis,fault diagnosis is the purpose of condition monitoring.Considering its characteristics and serious operating environment and the external noise,Coal gear box is still widely used lack of the vibration standard value.It brings a certain difficult for coal gear box diagnosis.To overcome these shortcomings,a the multi-band diagnostic algorithm without prior knowledge in coal gear box was put forward in this paper,and its feasibility was also checked with some experimental test.
