徐浦大桥钢箱梁疲劳监测试验及寿命评估

【摘要】 通过有限元计算结果与箱梁构造分析,确定疲劳测点的分布。基于桥梁的日应变时程记录的相似性,对疲劳损伤危险部位布置应变传感器进行连续24小时的短期疲劳监测,得到应变循环标准块,然后基于英国疲劳规范,利用实测的应变数据对徐浦大桥的钢箱梁疲劳寿命进行评估。该方法可用于未安装健康监测系统的桥梁疲劳评估。
【Abstract】 Through FEM model calculation result and box girder structure analysis,thus distribution of fatigue measuring points could be determined.Based on the similarity of daily strain time history records,strain sensors han been fixed on critical fatigue damage region to monitor fatigue 24 hours continuously.The representative block of cycles repeated everyday can be obtained,and then based on British Standard Institution,the fatigue life evaluation was made for Xupu Bidge steel box girder.This method could be used on evaluate fatigue life for bridges which hadn’t health monitoring system.
