一种机床主轴启动过程位移信号分离和提取方法
One Separation and Abstraction Method for Startup Displacement Signal of Main Shaft of Machine Tool

【摘要】 高档数控机床主轴精度高,实际振动非常小。在采用非接触位移测量振动时,往往会因测量面的偏心等引起虚假信号,并与主轴的实际振动信号混在一起难于识别。本文基于Hilbert包络原理,给出了一种从主轴启动过程位移混合信号中分离和提取测量面偏心信号及主轴真实振动信号的方法。并通过对机床主轴启动过程实测信号的分析,较好地分离出了主轴的真实振动信号。
【Abstract】 Generally,the vibration of main spindle of superior quality numerical machine tool is very low during operation. Fictitious signal is always introduced to the real vibration signal due to the concentricity error of the measuring surface with supporting surface.This makes it very difficult to analysis the mixed signal.Based on the Hilbert envelope theory,this paper gives out a method to abstract the real vibration signal from the mixed signal.The purposed method is employed in the analysis of a practical measured signal, and the fictitious signal due to the concentricity error and real vibration signal of main shaft are successfully separated.
