机械故障预示中的若干科学问题

【摘要】 基于机械故障既是状态又是过程这一本质属性,利用运行过程中机械设备的模型、状态参数、动态响应和故障征兆进行监测、诊断,实现其故障状态与演变过程的动态识别,从而达到故障预示的目的。凝练出运行状态下故障建模和动态演化机理、基于定量诊断的故障预示原理、基于特征增强的微弱故障预示技术、多故障特征提取与识别的理论和方法以及基于状态信息运行可靠性的安全保障技术等科学问题。
【Abstract】 Aiming at fault prognosis,mechanical fault and its evolvement can be identified dynamically by means of equipment model,condition parameters,dynamic response and fault symptom,based on inherent essence that mechanical faults are either condition or process.Some scientific issues in mechanical fault prognosis have been epurated,which are mechanism of fault modeling and dynamic evolvement,principles of quantitative diagnosis and fault prognosis,character potentiation and weak fault prognosis,multi-faults character extraction and identification,and operating reliability and safeguard.
