基于模糊熵的航空发动机整机振动故障诊断方法

【摘要】 航空发动机整机振动故障征兆与故障原因之间存在难以确定的复杂隶属关系,严重影响故障诊断的有效性、科学性和合理性。本文将模糊理论和信息熵理论融合起来,提出了模糊信息熵的诊断方法,并建立了故障诊断的数学模型。通过实例计算分析,验证了该方法在航空发动机整机振动故障诊断方面是可行的、有效的。
【Abstract】 The validity,scientificity and rationalization of aero-engine whole-body vibration fault diagnosis are seriously influenced by the complicated subordinate relationship which is difficult to determine between the fault symptoms and the fault causes.In this paper,a fault fusion diagnosis method comes up using the fuzzy theory and information entropy diagnostic method,and the fuzzy information entropy diagnosis mathematical model is established;The validity and feasibility of this method for aero-engine whole-body vibration fault diagnosis has been validated by the example calculation and analysis.
