某齿式压缩机振动故障分析与诊断
Vibration Fault Diagnosis of Some Gear-Compressor based on holospectra techinique

【摘要】 针对国内石化行业某工厂的齿式压缩机组转子振动值大,启机多次报警的振动事故,运用设备状态监测与故障诊断技理论和技术,利用西安交通大学全息监测与精密诊断分析软件对振动信号进行时域分析、频域分析、轴心轨迹分析和全息谱分析,准确找出此转子故障原因,及时建议工厂采取处理措施,最终使得振动异常消除,避免了因故障造成的设备损失。
【Abstract】 Using the technology of equipment state monitoring and failure diagnosis,this paper researches the high vibration and multiple alarms when starting up of a compressor in a domestic plant of petrifaction.The fault reason is accurately defined by time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis,analysis of orbit and holo-spectrum analysis utilizing the hoiospectra monitoring and diagnosis system from Xi’an Jiaotong University.The suggestion of treatment measure is adopted,and finally the abnormal vibration is eliminated and equipment loss caused by failure could be avoided.
