【摘要】 包装工业作为制造业的末端、物流业的前端,走低碳发展的道路既是时代的必然,又是自身发展的需要。为此,探索包装工业低碳发展的战略方向和技术路径,无论从理论还是实践视角,均具有十分重要的意义。从战略上看,包装工业应以节能降耗、技术升级、循环发展为低碳发展战略重点;就技术而言,包装工业应立足于包装产品生命周期,大力发展低碳技术;在具体创新策略中,应采取变革消费观念、转型生产方式、创新体制机制、调整政策法规等措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The choice of a road to low carbon model is not only the requirement of the development of the times,but also the need of the self-development as packaging industry is the front-end of manufacturing industry and the tail-end of the logistics.So it is very important to explore the strategy and technology path of the low carbon packaging industry both in theory and practice.From the angle of the strategy,the packaging industry should take energy-saving,technology-upgrading and development-circulating as its key work while it should develop low carbon technology way based on the product life cycle.In specific innovation strategy,it should take steps such as changing consume idea for people,altering mode of production,innovating on the systems and mechanisms and adjusting policies and regulations.更多还原
