【摘要】 胶印油墨是由颜料粒子、连结料和助剂通过研磨混合形成的一种均匀分散体系,其流变学性能复杂。本文通过测试国内外三个品牌商品胶印油墨的黏度、触变性、粘弹性等流变学参数采用分步非线性回归的数学方法,建立了胶印商品油墨的黏度与剪切速率关系的数学模型,并进行了曲线拟合。分析表明,所建立的胶印油墨黏度数学模型符合典型的分散体系流变学特征,模型黏度曲线与实验测试结果拟合良好。此外,本文进一步分析了胶印油墨的特征参数与印刷适性之间的关系,最终得到了胶印油墨的共性指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Offset printing ink is composed of pigment particles,vehicles and additives mixed by grinding,which has complicated rheological characteristics.In this paper,the mathematical model of relation among viscosity of commercial offset printing inks and the shear rate was established through the measurement of the shear viscosity,thixotropy,visco-elasticity for three kinds of commercial offset printing inks via the use of nonlinear polynomial regression approach.Moreover,these curves were also fitted.Results indicated that the mathematical property of this model conformed to the rheological characteristics of ink dispersion system,and the viscosity curve of model fitted well with the experimental results.In addition,the relation between the offset printing ink characteristic parameters and printability was analyzed in details,and the common properties of the anti-counterfeiting offset inks were finally obtained.更多还原
