低山-丘陵地区城市空间的生态化路径——以重庆市南岸区城乡非建设空间布局为例

【摘要】 我国西南丘陵地区城市往往集中发展,容易导致开发强度过高和人群过度密集,降低宜居水平,并在规模扩张过程中侵占周边生态用地。最小费用距离反映了生态斑块克服阻力向外延伸所做的功。本研究利用最小费用距离模型测算了重庆市南岸区生态源地生长的阻力值,并利用水文模型生成潜在生态流向。结合区域人口和功能重新配置,对新区采用了在生态敏感用地之外预留生态生长空间;对老城区采取人口疏解,并根据模型测算结果新增生态廊道,从而优化区域生态格局,实现城市空间的生态化和人地协调发展。针对低山-丘陵地区的地形特征,总结了该地区生态体系构建应以"鱼骨状"为主导。

【Abstract】 Centralized development of the cities in hilly areas of Southwest China usually leads to excessive exploitation,high population density and low environmental livability with the encroachment on surrounding ecological lands and eco-resources.Least-cost distance characterizes the work against the resistance of ecology patch extension.In this study,the resistance force against ecology source region increment in Nan’ an District of Chongqing City was calculated by a Least-cost Distance Model,and potential eco-corridors were generated by Hydrology Module on ARC/INFO.Combined with the reconfiguration of regional populations and functions, additional space was reserved for ecology increment at new zones besides the ecologically sensitive land. Meanwhile,at old zones,population alleviation and incremental eco-corridors based on modeling output were adopted to optimize regional ecological structure and achieve urban space ecologization and the coordination of the human and surrounding.Moreover,considering their terrain characteristic,it showed that herringbone-shaped ecological system is suitable for hilly areas,and ’density that cause’ construction-oriented idea is raised as the spatial distribution strategy for the study area.
