氧化锆/碳化硅复合材料制备与性能研究

【摘要】 碳化硅耐火材料具有优良的高温力学性能,耐磨损性好,热稳定性佳、热膨胀系数小,热导率大以及耐化学腐蚀等优良的性能,但碳化硅耐火材料高温抗氧化性差限制了其在耐火材料领域的应用。本文以碳化硅为基体材料,氧化锆为表层涂覆材料,添加其他微量氧化物为烧结助剂,通过干压成型方式在1500~1600℃范围内制备五层复合共烧结梯度材料。通过对材料显微结构和热学性能的测定分析,制备出表面光滑平整、层间结合紧密,具有良好的化学稳定性,能耗低的五层复合材料。

【Abstract】 Silicon carbide refractory has excellent performance,such as excellent high-temperature mechanical property,good abrasion resistance,high thermal stability,small thermal expansion coefficient,high thermal conductivity,and chemical corrosion tolerance.However,the decreasing anti-oxidative at high temperature limits the wider application of silicon carbide as refractory in some areas.In this paper,the five layers composite of SiC basic matrix with zirconia covered on the surface,as well as some sintering additives,were made by dry pressed process firstly,and then co-sintered at 1500~1600℃.The microstructure and thermal property of samples were characterized by SEM and thermal recycle test.As a result,the five layers composite materials have smooth surface,good interface and great chemical stability,as well as the low energy cost.
