基于Isight的船舶CAD/CFD集成优化研究

【摘要】 目前的船舶CAD(Computer Aided Design)研究往往还是以经验设计为主,而CFD(Computational FluidDynamics)技术仅仅作为一种评估和分析的手段,尚没有实现真正的性能驱动设计的目标。因此在重点探讨船舶CAD/CFD集成优化的实现途径时,文章分别阐述了基于FRIENDSHIP的参数化建模、基于SHIPFLOW的阻力计算以及基于Isight的数据集成和过程集成方法。最后,完成了5400TEU集装箱船的球鼻艏优化研究。研究表明:基于Isight的船舶CAD/CFD集成优化平台具有一定的工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 At present,the research on ship CAD still focuses on experience design.CFD technology is only used as a means of assessment and analysis,and still has not achieved the goal of real performance-driven design.So this paper focuses on the approach of ship CAD/CFD integrated optimization.It elaborates FRIENDSHIP-based parametric modeling,SHIPFLOW-based resistance calculation and Isight-based data integration and process integration method respectively.Finally,it completes the optimization of the bulbous bow of 5400TEU container ship.Studies have shown that:ship CAD/CFD integrated optimization platform based on Isight has a certain value of engineering applications.
